This is a journey through time about Abraham, Jacob, Joseph and Moses. The Exodus story is about is the Sinai covenant. The Sinai covenant is about Abraham and God. The two major points in the Exodus story include Abraham and the Sinai covenant as well as Moses and the ten plagues.
In between those two events, there is the tale of Jacob and Joseph, both who are important figures in the Exodus story. Jacob was a man who was the second of two twins. He was a man that was powerful, and one day would have twelve children.

Jacob had twelve sons. Their names were: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph and Benjamin. Each one of these sons came from his two wives, and his two wives' slaves. The most important son out of the twelve is Joseph. The reason why he is so important is because he has visions in his head, of Egypt's future. The Pharaoh of Egypt at the time was having weird dreams, so he got Joseph to tell him what they meant. What the dreams meant was that there will be seven years of plenty of crops, and seven years with no crops growing at all. With his help, the people in Egypt managed to save up enough grain to make it through the seven years.
